The ‘phone rings,
“Good morning, XYZ Company, Colin speaking, how can I help you?”
“Good morning, Colin, could I talk to Michael please?”
“I’m sorry, Michael’s in a meeting right now, can I take you name and number and ask him to call you back?”
“Sure, it’s Roger from ABC Company and my number is 01234 567890. Michael came to demonstrate your system last Thursday and gave us a quote. We’ve had a meeting and would like to place an order please. So, could he call and let us have an estimated delivery date please.”
“Yes of course, Roger, I’ll let him know as soon as he comes out of his meeting and ask him to call you, back.”
Imagine if Michael, of XYZ Company, hadn’t employed the BHT call-handling service.
That important call could have been missed and a lucrative order lost.
However, the message reached Michael after his meeting.
He phoned Roger, at ABC and giving him the delivery date.

Of course, we deal with all sorts, including people complaining and occasionally being very angry but in every case, we remain impartial and courteous and maintain the client’s reputation.
It’s a very simple system to organise and it costs you so little to be able to keep the line of communication open:
- Set-up fee to include “Whisper” – the system that tells us which client is being called
- Monthly fee for your dedicated telephone line (minimum duration is 12 months)
- Charge per call for up to 3 minutes including admin.
- Extra minutes, over 3 minutes charged pro rata
We can have you up and running within 5 working days and after that you’ll be covered whenever you need it.
