The BHT Marketing Call-Handling Service

Through the pandemic BHT has been receiving calls on behalf of our clients and relaying messages to the appropriate person or department.

We could do this for you too.

Simply switch your business number to us whenever you need to.

For example, if you want to keep your office clear of disruption for 6 hours you could switch the phones over to us between 10.00 and 4.00, or, if you’re going to be out of the office or working from home we’ll take the calls and send you the messages.


The set-up  

We can have you up and running within 1 working week because all we need to do is buy a dedicated line from our supplier and record a message for our “Whisper” system.

The “whisper” tells us which company the call is for. This allows us to answer the call professionally on your behalf.


The Cost

You pay:

  • £14 per month for the line
  • £35 for the “Whisper” recording
  • £2.01 for each call received up to a maximum of 3 minutes including admin
  • £0.67 for each minute over the 3 minutes (if required)
  • £35 each month for a detailed report of the calls received (if required)
  • £20 per month for “out of hours” message taking and transfer



For a very small monthly outlay you gain uninterrupted access to your clients and suppliers messages and any enquiries.
